Barbara Ferriani has headed up her conservation studio in Milan since 1983, and the Conservation Laboratory at the Triennale Design Museum since 2010. She teaches conservation of contemporary art at the Centro di Conservazione e Restauro "La Venaria Reale", Turin, at the University of Milan and at the Catholic University of Milan. Currently she is assistant coordinator of ICOM – CC Group Modern Materials and Contemporary Art (MMCA).
